Orders for in stock items are shipped within 24 hours, orders for items that are not in stock are usually shipped within five business days. Orders for items not in stock that will be available within 60 days will be back ordered and shipped when available. You will be able to check the status of your order at all times. Selecting a rapid shipping method affects only shipping time, not the processing time of your order. If you absolutely must have something by a certain date, please call, e-mail us or use the “Additional Information About This Order” page. In urgent situations some of our suppliers may be able to drop ship directly to you at your request. In these cases there will be a drop ship fee.
Apparel - Returns and exchanges are allowed for any apparel item that is still brand new and has not been used. Hanging size tags must still be attached. Ladies saddleseat apparel sizes differ from fashion industry clothing and from manufacturer to manufacturer so we ask that you refer to our apparel size charts to select the proper size.
Returns – Please call or e-mail us if you wish to return any item. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date except for purchases made during the six weeks prior to Christmas. Any purchase made during this time period must be returned by the end of January. No returns will be allowed after 30 days without authorization. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice and specify the reason for the return and whether you want an exchange, a store credit or a refund. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as sent. All hats must be in their white hat boxes within another box and all jodhpur boots in their box within another box. All merchandise should be shipped in protective boxes or wrapping and insured. Special orders and orders for custom or personalized merchandise may not be returned and these orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
Saddle Returns - You may test ride any new saddle and still return it as long as it shows no signs of wear. Please use a clean pad and wrap the stirrup leathers in a soft cloth to prevent rubbing. Saddles with name plates attached may not be returned.
Payment is in full when the order is placed. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express and payment by check or wire transfer. All checks (personal, cashiers, certified & money orders) will be allowed four weeks to clear before an order is processed. Wire transfer instruction will be provided if needed. We will not tolerate credit card chargebacks under any circumstances and any customer attempting or threatening to do this will be immediately barred from making any future purchases on this website. If there is a problem we will always sort it out with you and find a solution. That is why we have a structured reship and refund procedure.
For your safety, we recommend that you obtain adequate guidance and instructions in horseback riding from a professional trainer or instructor before you participate in any equine sport. Carefully examine all of the equipment you are using looking for breaks, cracks or signs of stress. The equine sport can be a hazardous activity which may subject the participant to severe injury. Show Stopper Tack, Inc. will not assume any liability for your equine activities. Riding equipment and accessories in this catalog are not guaranteed for any specific strength or application. Responsibility for the decision to use any equipment or accessories in this catalog for riding, training or grooming rest solely with the user.
